Step out of your front door into the pretty, seaside village of Blakeney. Explore the harbour and marshes or pick up the North Norfolk Coast Path which is great for birdwatching and out-of-this-world dog walks. Walk to Morston (1 mile) for a pub lunch and take a boat trip out to Blakeney Point to see the fantastic seal colonies. For long days on sandy beaches, head to nearby Wells-next-the-Sea (9 miles) and Holkham (11.5 miles).
You’ll enter the cottage through the stable door which opens into the utility space, housing a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Traditional pamment flooring carries you through to the kitchen and dining area which benefits from a generous dining table and a built-in electric oven and hob. A double-sided wood burner can be enjoyed from the kitchen, or from the snug living space complete with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. Downstairs you’ll also find a handy WC. Upstairs, the bedrooms and bathroom are all interlinked. You’ll find a twin room which is interlinked with a king-size bedroom, which is then interlinked with the family bathroom, with a shower over the bath and the most spectacular views over the marshes.
To the front of the cottage is a small, enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs and a BBQ available in the summer months. Roadside parking is for arrival/departure only, but a free public car park can be found at the nearby Village Hall (less than 500 metres away).
