A beautifully renovated country home, this inviting North Wales hideaway is ideal for a large family or two families on holiday together. Situated in shared grounds of 10 acres, 3 miles from Conwy and 4 miles from Llandudno, it sleeps eight guests across four bedrooms. Head into Conwy to browse the colourful shops, visit the medieval castle and play golf. Indulge in a traditional seaside experience at Llandudno, with its pier, promenade and beaches. Venture 5.5 miles to the Great Orme, with its ski slope and cable cars. Plan day trips into the Snowdonia National Park, which begins 3 miles away, with its fantastic walks, exhilarating climbs and abundance of beauty spots, including the Conwy Water Gardens, 6.5 miles away.

Enter the property and make your way into the first lounge to light the open fire during the autumn and winter months and settle down in front of the TV. Take three steps down into the kitchen/diner to prepare homecooked meals for your party and then call everyone to gather around the table. Afterwards, head through to the second lounge to light the wood burner and perhaps read your book for a while. Also downstairs is a utility room, with WC. Two king-size bedrooms are also here, including one with an en-suite bathroom. Another king-size and a double bedroom can be found upstairs, together with a family wet room.

Explore the 10 acres of grounds that are shared with the owner’s house and other properties within the grounds and take in the fabulous sea views. Alternatively, sit out in your private, lawned garden and watch the children play. Fire up the BBQ here too then dine outside on the patio.
