This remarkable property offers unrivalled accommodation for any family of eight, complete with bunk bedrooms that’ll keep kids happy, an abundance of communal space and a delightful terrace for al fresco evenings. This delectable pocket of Cornwall’s seemingly never-ending coastline is referred to as Seven Bays, owing to its generous number of sandy beaches within effortless reach. Your closest beach, Trevone Bay, is mere metres from the property and provides a sheltered cove of sand the seasonal lifeguard cover, sandy shores and bright blue waters. Follow the South West Coast Path along to explore the six other beaches within 6 miles from home. Trevone village is stocked with a local pub and handy farm shop, yet the vibrant town of Padstow sits just 2.5 miles away with quality restaurants, a busy harbour and the starting point of the popular cycling pathway, the Camel Trail (3 miles).

Decked out with rustic-style furnishings and bright and cheerful accents, it’s fair to say that the last thing this property lacks is character. The accommodation is made of four bedrooms, a family bathroom, a utility room and a generous living space that’s all laid out on the ground floor. The epicentre of the house is its kitchen/lounge/diner with bespoke fittings, a bohemian dining table and homely wooden floorboards. Bi-fold doors and additional French doors allow you to let the outside in throughout periods of good weather, along with flooding the room with light even throughout cooler months. Sink into cushy sofas with the wood burner blazing away late at night, no doubt with the Smart TV on to provide quality entertainment. The kitchen area features stylishly painted cabinets and a handy breakfast bar area, along with the well-equipped utility room just next door. In terms of facilities, a family bathroom is on offer alongside two fantastic en-suites, each with a shower over bath and WC. Sleeping quarters are made up of four equally inviting bedrooms. Both king-size and double bedrooms offer the aforementioned en-suite bathrooms, whilst the additional twin bedroom and bunk bedroom both come in very handy for younger guests.

Exit via the bi-fold or French doors to soak up the sea air and listen out for seagulls passing by. The large, enclosed garden is made up of lawn and patio, complete with a substantial outdoor dining table set for eight with a BBQ and fire pit.

Visited Morlanar this year and it's been fantastic. The location is superb and the layout was brilliant for the 5 of us. The kitchen/dining/lounge open plan area is very large and ideal when you want to spend time together as a family on holiday. Booked a last minute stay at Morlanar, very good communications from them about what to expect and directions. Easy to locate via Satnav (Waze) and loved the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Well fitted out, I especially liked the amount of quality mugs available for tea and coffee, I like them so much have now purchased some Rick Stein ones Read moremyself whilst in Padstow. Also loved the coffee pod machine and milk warmer which I did not see listed on the description of property, an added bonus. Nice quiet area, easy parking and literally on the beach in 3 minutes.
