The village is also home to a relatively quiet and peaceful family beach that’s located less than 200 metres from home. Those who wish to venture further afield can follow the South West Coast Path along the temperate and beautiful Penwith Heritage Coast or take a trip to the bustling nearby town of Penzance (3.5 miles).

There’s also a handy shower room with WC down here, along with plenty of storage space for bikes or surfboards. Venture upstairs to find the social hub of the house, the library. Along with an abundance of seating options, a baby grand piano and a Smart TV/DVD, here you’ll find a vibrant mix of literature, history books and everything in between – judge a book by its cover and sit down to learn something new. Five delightful bedrooms are laid out on the first floor, each one offering either sea views or French door access to the patio and courtyard. Two king-size, one double and two single bedrooms are all decorated in pretty pastel colourways with matching accents. Finally, a family bathroom, shower room and separate WC complete the accommodation’s offering.
Exit the accommodation via the kitchen, utility room or bedrooms from the rear first floor to access the courtyard. Private outdoor space is highly sought after in Mousehole so be sure to make the most of it in sunny weather, setting up for al fresco dinners at the lovely bistro set.
