This traditional cottage has exposed beams and stone walls throughout, making it characterful and welcoming. The lounge/diner/kitchen is a super sociable space with floor-to-ceiling windows letting in loads of light. Spend evenings cooking in the pretty kitchen, dining together at the traditional, four-seater table, or getting cosy on the sofas in front of the wood burner. A handy cloakroom with WC completes the ground floor. Heading upstairs you will find the two enchanting en-suite bedrooms. Firstly is a double bedroom with a shower and WC hiding behind a partial screen. The other bedroom is a twin room with storage, that’s open to a bath with shower over. Please note this room does not have a WC.
Outside to the front of the property is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Guests are also invited to explore the shared grounds surrounding the properties. There are 6.5 acres to meander, with uncultivated meadow and picnic benches alongside the River Annell. At the end of the row of cottages there is a shared utility area with freezer and laundry facilities.
