Nestled between the villages of Aldeburgh and Friston, this quaint cottage is a perfect base for couples or families to explore the delights of the Suffolk coast. Friston in particular has a number of footpaths around the village for avid walkers, whilst the RSPB sanctuary at Minsmere is only 7.5 miles away for those who enjoy birdwatching. Aldeburgh is a picturesque place to explore, with colourful boats surrounding the shingle bay and a busy Georgian high street with a selection of shops and eateries.
On the ground floor is a cosy living room with a feature inglenook fireplace and log burning stove, as well as a desk, and sofa which can be converted to be a bed. The kitchen has ample space to prepare family meals, with a table and chairs to seat two, as well as a dining table to seat four in the dedicated dining room. For peace and quiet, the conservatory is a great place to relax with a good book and a cup of tea, as well as providing additional storage. Completing the downstairs floor is a shower room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one a double with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and the second a small double offering beautiful views of the marsh. A cloakroom with an additional WC can be found on the first floor for convenience.
Outside there is a garden area with a patio, lawn and a selection of pretty plants adding to the atmospheric views.
