This elegant family home is located right in the centre of Saundersfoot, with the fantastic, sandy beach just 100 metres from your front door. Welcoming seven guests, this property makes an excellent base for family gatherings or holidays with friends. Saundersfoot is a friendly, community-focused seaside resort. The village has a fantastic range of independent restaurants which proudly serve delicious fresh seafood and local produce, and there are also some lovely little boutiques and galleries. As well as the beach, the village also has a pretty harbour, where you can hop on a boat to go fishing or explore the Pembrokeshire coastline. The area is a haven for walkers, with the Pembrokeshire Coast Path passing through the village. A challenging, but visually rewarding, 4.5-mile clifftop hike will bring you to the popular coastal town of Tenby, with its row of colourful houses, narrow streets, picturesque harbour, and choice of sandy beaches.

Take the steps or side ramp to reach this beautiful mid-terrace property. The spacious holiday home is flooded with natural light, with gorgeous bay windows and high ceilings. Period features, such as exposed stonework and beams, sit seamlessly alongside stylish accessories and vibrant artwork. The light and airy lounge has sumptuous leather sofas positioned around a cosy wood burner effect gas fire. This is the perfect place to all come together to play games, chat about your day, or watch a film on the TV/DVD. Also on this floor is a vast kitchen/diner, with characterful exposed beams and a fabulous ornamental fireplace. The kitchen has ample worktop space to prepare meals for the group and a large, wooden table to gather around for dinner parties and family celebrations. Stairs lead to the first floor, where you’ll find three of the bedrooms, all of which have been tastefully decorated in calm, neutral tones. There is a single bedroom with distant sea views, a double bedroom with a TV, and a twin room overlooking the garden. A large family bathroom is also located on this floor. The final bedroom – a stylish king-size – is set in the eaves on the second floor (just watch out for the restricted head height in some areas). The bedroom boasts peaceful sea views and has a stunning en-suite bathroom.

Steps lead to the sunny, enclosed garden. There is a lawn, along with a patio area and a raised decked area for al fresco dining.

Lovely house, well equipped and great location. The house was clean and spacious. Just a heads up, the lane to the house is very tight for a large car .

A lovely, clean, comfortable cottage in a great location. Great facilities, everything you could want. Great garden. Steep stairs to the upper floors which start with a spiral section and require care. Overall excellent.

This property is ideally placed for Saundersfoot, everything is walkable - We had really good weather so were able to get onto all the beaches (Dog friendly by the Marine centre and to the left of the main slipway) the cottage has all of the facilities you would need, it took us a little while to get used to the 5 different colour bins for recyclinRead moreg but we got there. A word of warning if you have a larger vehicle the lane is very very tight you will have to squeeze against hedges to make it to the parking at the property at the bottom of the lane - so if you are planning on lots of day trips you might want to take this into consideration as is not something you would want to do too much - so much so that we caught the bus to Tenby rather than face the single track lane. Woodbine Cottage is fantastically located and beautifully appointed. I couldn't think of anything that we could have possibly needed that wasn't supplied. The beach and harbour are virtually on the doorstep as are pubs, cafes and restaurants. We stayed just before the garden came into bloom; I would imagine it would be lovely to sit out there in thRead moree summer. We had an issue with the downstairs TV which was resolved immediately with a new replacement. Saundersfoot is a lovely town and well situated for local walks or a base to explore Pembrokeshire. We were a group of three and a small dog, it would easily suit a larger group as we didn't use two of the bedrooms and there is plenty enough crockery and cutlery etc. Would love to return some day. The cottage is in a great location being situated only a few minutes walk from the sea. A very comfortable cottage overall, with spacious rooms and good water pressure. I would happily use this property again and can recommend it to anyone.
