This romantic retreat enjoys an excellent central location in the picturesque town of St Ives. You’ll be less than 200 metres from the idyllic harbour, where you’ll find a huge variety of restaurants, and the town’s quaint fishing quarter, with its cobbled streets and whitewashed cottages, is just 300 metres away. The town is awash with fabulous art galleries and studios – perfect for picking up a little memento from your trip. You’ll also be just 200 metres from the fascinating Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, which is well worth a visit during your stay. From the harbour, you can take boat trips along the coast to admire the wild and rugged scenery or visit Seal Island to marvel at the large colony of grey seals. There are some beautiful walks that branch away from St Ives, following the South West Coast Path. A 1-mile stroll along the cliffs will bring you to Carbis Bay, where you’ll find a secluded, sandy beach that’s perfect for a spot of swimming on a hot summer’s day.

Two flights of stairs lead from the shared hallway to this second-floor apartment. The property has an open-plan layout with a lounge/kitchen/diner and has a homely vibe, with a nautical theme running throughout. There are also glimpses of the sea from the windows, reminding you of your fantastic seaside location. After a busy day of exploring, return to your Cornish bolthole to share a romantic dinner for two at the dining table or snuggle on the sofa to watch TV. A double bedroom and shower room complete the property.

There is no outside space with this property. However, just 200 metres away is the town’s idyllic harbour, where you can enjoy a post-dinner sunset stroll, and you’ll also have a fantastic choice of sandy beaches within a 0.5-mile radius of the apartment.

Excellent location (less than a minutes walk from the harbour and Fore St), comfortable bed and clean throughout. There is noise from the street below in the living space in the evening, but the bedroom is peaceful and quiet.

Location in the middle of Stives, close to Harbour & beach. Nights might be disturbed by pub visitors (& seagulls!)

This is clean, comfortable accommodation, perfectly located for everything you need in St Ives.

The location is excelent, close to all amenities. I travelled by public transport and it was easy to get to both the train station and bus station. The apartment is basic, but was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I would recommend!

Property location is the major selling point, literally a minute away from the harbour. The checking in process was really easy as was access to the property. The flat was spacious, couch and bed were really comfortable and compared to other accommodations in the area really affordable and excellent value for money.
