Bring all of the family or a group of friends to stay in this fantastic, six-bedroom detached Victorian villa in the fishing port and seaside resort of Abersoch. From this property, you are within 350 metres of the coastline of the Llyn Peninsula where you can enjoy a swim, try some water sports or try your hand at coasteering. Otherwise, why not join the Wales Coast Path where you can wander or cycle for miles and enjoy the most beautiful of views whereas golfers will enjoy the course at the local club which is just under a mile away. For those nights when you don’t fancy cooking, take a stroll to the village centre where you’ll find a range of restaurants, cafes and shops.

On the ground floor of the property, there are two dual aspect lounges, each with sofas, bay windows, ornamental Welsh fireplaces and TVs. There’s also a contemporary kitchen with a dining area, complete with a large, oak table and a 12-setting white bone china dinner service catering for elegant dinner parties, A handy utility room offering laundry facilities and a WC complete this floor. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious and inviting king-size bedroom with en-suite shower, two lovely twins, a cute and cosy single bedroom, and a family bathroom. Up on the second floor are two further well-presented bedrooms — one double and one twin — both with en-suite shower rooms and lovely estuary views, and a snug/games room with a TV and DVD player, games and a beanbag, ideal for independent teens.

The garden, enclosed by walls, comprises a courtyard, a partly covered space ideal for children to play and steps leading to a rather lovely, raised terrace surrounded by a glass balustrade. Here the group can gather together over an al fresco meal and enjoy the warmer evenings.

An excellent house, ideal in every way for our large group. It was very spacious and very good value for money. The outdoor terrace was better than expected and quite ingenious.

The house is truly beautiful and great for a large family holiday. Most things had been thought about and provided and the location was wonderful for accessing the town and beach. We would definitely stay again to make this most of this wonderful part of Wales

We really enjoyed our stay at Argraig. We couldnt recommend this house enough, it is central to Abersoch, very clean and well equipped. Do bear in mind that booking any property in spring, most places in Abersoch are closed. All in all, a great stay and the house was perfect for our family of seven.

We had a wonderful time at the property and whilst there was only 4 of us staying, it was a great space for us all. More than enough space for us all and would definitely come back. The house was really lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. Great restaurants all within walking distance. We loved Crust, the lost sheepRead more, the potted lobster and two islands coffee shop. People so friendly. The beach was great and perfect for the dog. Couldnt fault it. Hide
