Situated in a prime location in the desirable holiday destination of St Ives, this apartment boasts easy access to multiple beaches, a harbour and an array of shops and restaurants. Porthmeor Beach and St Ives Harbour are less than 0.5 miles away. Climb 23 steps at the side of the property from your parking space to reach the hallway of the first-floor apartment. Continue into the open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge, which is a bright and homely space. To one side of the room, there is a wooden kitchen unit with shining surfaces in front of a wide window. Cook a hearty meal to enjoy at the wooden table and chairs in the dining area. When it’s time to unwind, sink into the comfortable sofa in front of the TV, which is next to the large bi-folding doors which open onto the outdoor area. A wonderful apartment, a home away from home with everything you would need for your holiday. The apartment was clean and had the little extras you would need like dishwasher tablets and washing powder. The allocated parking takes the worry out of finding a parking space.
