A bright and cheerful apartment in a heritage building right by Town Beach in St Ives, guests at this property will find themselves ideally located for a fun, refreshing and indulgent break. Beach lovers will find it hard to pick from the town’s many sandy stretches – but will have a royal old time exploring and choosing a favourite. Foodies will be delighted to find a plethora of beach cafes, bistros and seafood restaurants showcasing local craft producers and the catch of the day, and art enthusiasts have the wonderful Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden to discover as well as a range of independent galleries tucked along the town’s captivating jumble of streets and lanes.

This apartment overlooks Quay Street but access to the property is via eight stone steps off charming Bethesda Hill. The lounge/kitchen/diner is a particularly spacious room. Here, you’ll find a large lounge area with a comfortable sofa and two sofabed armchairs (ideal for extra travelling companions), and terrific harbour views. The dining area features a compact dining table and chairs seating four, and there is a well-equipped kitchen alcove. A double bedroom – also with harbour views – and a bathroom with a shower over the bath complete the accommodation.

As for outdoor space, St Ives Harbour itself is this apartment’s backyard – take your morning coffee down to the quay and watch the boats go out, or stroll along Smeaton’s Pier after supper and watch the sun set over the harbour.

This apartment is adorable and very comfortable. The location is perfect for harbour views and people watching. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the owners have thoughtfully used good quality bedding. I wish I could get my towels at home as white and fluffy as theirs were. I have been coming to St Ives for nearly 60 years and this apartmenRead moret is the most comfortable place I have stayed in, for me it was a real home from home feeling. I will definitely be booking again for next year as soon as I saved some pennies. Hide

A convenient apartment which is comfortable with a great view. A little noisy in the morning with vehicles coming by.

We had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed staying at the property. It has eveything you could want or need, if a little dated. The location is excellent, and we would stay again.

A perfect location and a lovely place to stay. Some furniture needs updating and keys to locked windows providing otherwise an excellent choice.
