Cheerful and welcoming, this two-storey Cornish apartment offers a very comfortable stay in the stunning beach town of St Ives. Whether you’re staying close to home or jumping in the car for trips further afield, a stay in South Cornwall is always going to be unforgettable. From here you can venture out and explore the extravagant Penwith Heritage Coast (1 mile), a magnificent beauty spot with never-ending cliff-top scenery and beaches to discover. Discover an abundance of Cornish folklore from Land’s End (18 miles) and beyond. Within walking distance, you’ll also find plenty to write home about, including but not limited to the acclaimed Tate St Ives gallery, the Barbara Hepworth Museum (both less than 0.5 miles) and the plethora of sandy beaches nearby.
Access the holiday home via the owner’s own private courtyard, just a street away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Head up a single flight of external steps and explore the two-storey space that will straight away feel like your own. Two bedrooms can be found right here on the lower floor, along with the shared family bathroom. The first of these bedrooms is an attractive double, the second is a compact and cosy family room with bunkbed and additional single bed. On this floor, you’ll also find an open-plan kitchen/diner, complete with plenty of space for cooking up all of your meals and a TV for catching up with the news over breakfast. An open-tread staircase leads up to the second storey and a fabulous mezzanine lounge. This fantastic area has large skylights that flood the room with sunshine. Flop into one of the many seats and select a great film on the TV/DVD player.
You won’t find any outdoor space due to the prized location of this apartment, however, your nearest beach is less than 100 metres away and ready to welcome you for picnics and warm evening strolls.
