One of the best views on the Wharf in the very heart of St Ives. Although centrally located its in a quiet spot with good access. The property whilst clean and tidy would benefit from some updating but presumably this is reflected in the rental costs. I have rebooked the same apartment for next year so clearly I found it acceptable.

The location is fantastic but the property needs investment. Things like blinds, bed linen, please upgrade, we are paying good money! St Ives fantastic as ever. Cottage gardens booking very informative and efficient.

We have stayed at number 3 for over 20 years we return every year for the fantastic view and location in St. Ives The only thing we would change about the flat is a more comfortable double bed, summer duvets and new duvet covers.
