This harbourside flat has been in the same family since 1957. Interiors are comfortable and with the added bonus of the balcony, you don’t even have to leave the property to enjoy the sunshine. Sitting in an enviable location with magnificent coastal views this property is also close to all the independent shops which are just a few steps away. This popular coastal bolthole is a great base for you to get out and about and explore this beautiful part of Cornwall. Head the short distance along the coast to Carbis Bay, just 2 miles away. It’s a gentle walk along good footpaths and follows the railway line where the views of St Ives Bay are fantastic! 4.5 miles away is the pretty granite village of Zennor, again you can follow the South West Coast Path (or travel by car if you prefer). This charming village is steeped in folklore history and the famous author, D.H. Lawrence wrote a number of poems and essays here. If you’re in St Ives a visit to Land’s End (18 miles) is a must. The landscape here is beautiful and you might get the chance to glimpse the marine wildlife. St Ives is the perfect place for a seaside holiday!
The flat is all on one level but is accessed via two flights of stairs from the side street entrance. The front door leads into a hallway and on into the lounge/dining room with French doors opening onto the balcony and an electric fire for chillier evenings. There’s a glazed screen and hatch to the compact kitchen. The three bedrooms are well equipped with fitted units and all have views over the harbour and the sea.
Outside there’s a lovely wide balcony with wooden balustrading accessed from the lounge. From here you have the most beautiful views.
