An enticing, four-storey period house, this St Ives retreat is ideal for a family or two couples keen to be close to the beach and shops and eateries of the town. Just 350 metres from the harbour, with its boats trips out to see seals and dolphins, and 150 metres from Bamaluz Beach, the two-bedroom property sleeps four guests. It is also the same distance from Porthgwidden Beach and 350 metres from Porthmeor Beach, for those who love swimming and surfing. In an ideal location for picking up the South West Coast Path, the property also makes a great base for anyone wishing to explore the wider area and head into the Penwith Heritage Coast, which begins at St Ives.
Take four steps up to open the front door to this 19th-century property and make your way into the kitchen/diner, where you can not only prepare delicious meals to enjoy together, but you can also relax in front of the TV. Steep stairs from here lead down to the lower ground floor, where there is a twin bedroom, with en-suite shower room. Due to its difficult access, this room may not be suitable for young children or those with limited mobility. The second bedroom, a double, is on the first floor of the cottage, where there is also a family bathroom. Another set of steep stairs leads up to the lounge, where you can relax together, take in the views and watch your favourite programmes on TV.
There is no outside space at this cottage.
