Book a stay at this property, a former brewery with private gardens and a driveway, on the Llyn Peninsula – an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, famed for its water sports and wildlife. In addition to your own grounds, guests staying here have direct access to 75 acres shared with the owners and residents in four further cottages. Discover the bustling seaside villages and towns of this AONB — the expansive sands of Llanbedrog Beach are under 2 miles away, Abersoch (with a tempting choice of eateries) is just under 5 miles south and the pretty Pwllheli Harbour is a little over 5 miles north. Alternatively, play a round of golf 3.5 miles from your front door and peruse modern art at a renowned gallery (2 miles).
This delightful cottage has everything you need for a great getaway. The open-plan lounge/diner is a great space to spend time with family and friends over a drink around the multi-fuel burning stove or a meal at the more formal dining table. Sliding doors from the lounge lead to a light-filled conservatory with an apex glass roof and rattan seating which provides a second lovely lounging area on sunny days, and a place for star gazing the rural skies after dark. A door from the lounge/diner takes you through to the contemporary kitchen which is well equipped to cook even the largest family dinners, with a breakfast table to grab a more casual bite to eat. You’ll also find two bedrooms on the ground floor - a spacious king-size and a twin with views of the 16th-century manor house, alongside a family shower/wet room with WC. Upstairs you’ll find two pretty, triple bedrooms (each has three single beds and views of the countryside) and a family bathroom.
Outside, the cottage has its own private driveway, lawn and patio area with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. Boasting pastoral views across the gardens and countryside, this is a beautiful spot to relax or play. Guests also have shared access to the 75 acres of land surrounding the property.
