Located in Padstow, Cornwall, this stunning two-bedroom property has been created with precision and flair. It’s the perfect base for a family or friends who want to be close to the sea. From the house, it’s 0.5 miles to Padstow Harbour. A working harbour, watch the fishing boats unload their catches and be sure to sample the fresh fish, crab, and lobster at the excellent quayside restaurants. Surrounding the harbour are several sandy beaches. St George’s Cove is 1 mile from the property and is a popular spot for a swim while the more energetic can try their hand at surfing, kayaking, or sailing. Alternatively, explore the coastline on foot with the South West Coast Path just 0.5 miles from the doorstep.

Distributed over two floors, the rooms are a mix of luxurious and contemporary. Velux windows and bi-fold doors drench the whole ground floor in natural light while neutral tones create a relaxed ambience. In the lounge, you’ll find a comfortable space decked out in funky furniture and bold artwork on the walls. It’s the perfect chill-out room with its TV, electric fire, colourful cushions, stylish armchairs, and L-shaped sofa. From the lounge, wood-panelled flooring sweeps through to a modern kitchen fully equipped with high-quality fittings and a neat breakfast bar. But for more sociable dining, there’s a handmade table seating four people and a comfortable built-in bench area. An inviting terrace can be accessed from both the lounge and kitchen and offers views of the estuary. The property’s contemporary style extends upstairs to the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds and one has an en-suite shower room. The rooms are generously sized and adorned with soft furnishings and splashes of cheerful colour. They also offer plenty of wardrobe space. A bathroom is also on this floor.

Back on the ground floor, push open the bi-fold doors and step outside. There’s a lawn dotted with sun loungers and garden furniture, and a raised terrace featuring a table and chairs. Here you can bask in the sun, take it easy with a good book or throw some fish on the BBQ and feast alfresco.

One of the best properties we have stayed in a real home from home. Spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. Lots of lovely extras that really make a difference. We look forward to returning.

We have been regularly renting cottages all over Cornwall for the past 30 years. This was the best equipped cottage we have ever stayed in so thank you for that. In most we find that there is not a pan or plates in which to even cook/eat a few mussels. This cottage had everything including lobster crackers and oyster knives. It had everything we needed and we had no problem with the on street parking (though our stay was in April - it may likely getting busier over summer months). A beautifully appointed property in a perfect spot in Padstow. A short walk into the town so you can enjoy the pubs and restaurants with ease. A 5 minute walk to Tesco. Lovely property with good facilities and location. We had our two dogs with us and really appreciated that they were welcomed. The house is decorated beautifully and comfortably, it did feel very home-like. We were blessed with glorious weather and enjoyed the lovely garden in the evenings. We have had a wonderful stay in your beautiful house. The weather has been fabulous and we have had lots of fun on the beach, various boats and bikes to Wadebridge. St Petrocs Bistro and Rojanos have been amazing dog friendly restaurants. We have all enjoyed sitting in the garden and looking at the view
