The cosy cottage sits high above Mundesley, on Norfolk’s east coast. A short stroll (less than 200 metres) brings you to the pretty seafront, where you’ll find a small promenade and a wide expanse of golden sand. Spend the day sunbathing and splashing in the sea, or set off on foot along the Norfolk Coast Path for stunning sea views and wildlife watching. The Georgian town of Holt (18 miles) makes a lovely day out. While away the hours pottering around its galleries and antique stores, before taking a walk around the majestic parklands of Holt Country Park. Alternatively, journey to Morston Quay (22 miles) to catch the ferry to Blakeney Point, where you can see England’s largest grey seal colony.
The cottage has a real home-away-from-home feel, with pretty fabrics, cute accessories and colourful artwork adorning the walls. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is light and bright thanks to large picture windows framing delightful coastal views. The kitchen area has been carefully configured to make maximum use of the space and comprises an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and spin dryer. Rustle up a tasty meal using local ingredients from your travels and enjoy it at the dining table by the window. After dinner, relax on one of the plump sofas to catch up on your favourite programme on the TV or share a bottle of wine in the sunroom overlooking the sea. When it's time to say goodnight, retire to the double or single bedroom. The property has a beach-themed shower room with a walk-in shower and a WC.
There is a large, grassed area to the front of the cottage, which is ideal for children to play on and canine guests to burn off steam. Off-road parking is available for one car.
