This semi-detached home is perfect for a convenient family getaway on the beautiful North Devon coast. Located in a quiet street less than 0.5 miles from the beach and the village it is ideal for relaxed car-free days out. The family-friendly beach at Croyde is where you'll likely spend much of your time. With its golden sands, gentle waves and fascinating rock pools it is bound to keep the whole family entertained for hours. It's also a popular beach with beginner and intermediate surfers and it's easy to book a lesson or rent gear from one of the shops in town. With lifeguards on duty throughout the summer season and generally gentle surf, everyone will feel safe and have fun. For dramatic cliff-top walks head up to Baggy Point and join the splendid North Devon Coastal Path. Keen golfers might like to tee off at the Saunton Golf Course 2.5 miles away. For an alternative beach experience and a visit to a slightly larger town, head east to Woolacombe 5 miles away.

The house is a spacious semi-detached modern home with ample space for everyone to relax and have fun. The comfortable living room has plenty of sofas for cosy nights in and an archway links through to the dining area and kitchen. From there a backdoor leads out to the garden. Upstairs the master bedroom features a Hypnos king-size bed and a TV and the twin room also has a TV. Both rooms share the use of the family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The enclosed lawn is a real suntrap and comes equipped with a BBQ and table and chairs. It's perfect for outdoor play and picnics, as well as al fresco cooking and eating.

Great location, and well equipped property. Peaceful location with no through traffic. Nice back garden . Good shower in the bathroom.

Location good for Croyde beach access & the village. Along with the surrounding area attractions.

The location of SeaScape is ideal. Couple of minute walk into the village, and about 5-7 minutes to the beach. Its a tidy little house with a decent bathroom and kitchen. More than adequate for the 3 of us for a week. Wed happily return.

the house was in just the right place - not too far from the town but far enough to be quiet. i would have liked a downstairs toilet but otherwise it was perfect. i would book again but if there was another house on the same estate with a downstairs toilet i would book that
