I would highly recommend a stay at the Headmasters House. The accommodation is both spacious and compact making for a very comfortable stay and it is very well equipped. The cottage is ideally located for walking into Southwold or just to the Randolph for a drink or Sunday lunch. Being able to park right outside the cottage is very handy. A lovely home from home very well equipped property. Good parking, not too far from Southwold . Ground floor bedroom and walk in shower very suitable for disabled. It is more like someones home than a property just furnished for the rental market.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was comfortable and very welcoming, as well as being well equipped. We particularly enjoyed being able to sit outside in the evening, but felt the garden, while beautiful, was a tad overgrown and needed a bit if a trim.

A well thought out and comfortable cottage. We very much enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to a local shop and a short drive to the delights of Southwold. Close to the A12 for ease of access to other popular locations. The cottage is very well equipped and we found the layout perfect for our needs.

The cottage needs an overhaul and requires urgent updating. The photos are a misrepresentation of the actual state of the cottage. Its grubby, tired and needs to have a pairing down of furniture, its cramped and the space hasnt been well utilised. We were supposed to have 2 car parking spaces but others parked in them sometimes right it front of ourRead more gate. The location of the cottage is good. Hide
