Overlooking Porthleven, this property makes a great holiday base for families and friends seeking a relaxing getaway – ideal for exploring the sheltered coves, beautiful beaches and breathtaking countryside of this spellbinding part of Cornwall. Offering cosy accommodation, this spacious cottage is just a few metres from a beautiful beach, with plenty of friendly pubs and restaurants nearby. Local attractions include St Michael’s Mount, a historic castle set on an island 9 miles away, with the famous Flambards Theme Park 9 miles east. Heading west, the Minack Theatre and Land’s End are 22 miles away. Also within easy reach are the thriving towns of Penzance, 12 miles east, and St Ives, 17 miles to the north-west.

Entering this delightful property, which is decorated in warm, relaxing shades, the cosy lounge provides a great space to unwind in at the end of a great day. Here you can sit back, watch a movie on the Smart TV, play a game, browse the bookshelves or take in the gorgeous sea views. The conservatory provides a picturesque spot to curl up with a good book or admire the scenery, and there’s also a sociable dining room perfect for enjoying all your favourite family meals. The stylishly designed kitchen has a wealth of useful equipment so you can rustle up a variety of fantastic dishes. Excellent position within easy walking distance of Porthleven harbour, with private parking for two cars. Equipped to a high standard and very comfortable. Beautiful views towards the sea from the south-facing conservatory. Would highly recommend.
