The tranquil villages of West Rudham and East Rudham lead into each other and have a choice of great pubs and independent shops. Conveniently located along the A148, these two quiet villages are ideally positioned for visiting Burnham Market (11 miles), King’s Lynn (17 miles) and Fakenham (7 miles) a thriving and historic town with a lively market and auction rooms. To the north you can spend a day at the seaside, with some wonderful sandy beaches and resorts along the Norfolk coast, including Brancaster, Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea (all within 16.5 miles). You can also spend a day at the popular Fakenham Racecourse, spot the wildlife at Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve or explore Pensthorpe Natural Park (all within 9 miles).

Stepping into this welcoming holiday cottage, the pretty lounge/diner makes a lovely space to get together and relax. With plenty of seating, a cosy wood burner set in a brickwork surround, plus a TV, DVD and hi-fi, the lounge is perfect for settling back to unwind, chat about the day or watch a movie. To the back of the room the dining table provides a sociable space to plan the next day’s activities as you tuck into a delicious homemade meal. Exploring this delightful cottage further, you will find a spacious and stylishly arranged kitchen which has a range of equipment including an electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The ground floor also has a handy separate WC along with a utility room which houses the washing machine and the tumble dryer. When it’s time to retire to bed at the end of the day, head upstairs to the first floor where you will find a choice of three fresh, airy and tastefully decorated double bedrooms. Please note one of the rooms is quite small and is suitable for one guest. The cottage also has an invigorating family bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC.

Stepping outside, the garden has a fully enclosed patio area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, providing a relaxing spot for you all to sit back and unwind at the end of a wonderful day exploring this beautiful part of Norfolk. There’s also a lawn area which is shared with the cottage next door. Parking is available for two cars.
