The home sits amidst shared landscaped lawns in a serene neighbourhood. It is arranged with the living area on the first floor making the most of the countryside views. With sleek decor and plenty of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors, this is an attractive space to spend time in. Comfortable sofas are gathered around a multi-fuel wood burner and there is a large dining table behind. The compact kitchen is alongside this and has everything you need for preparing and sharing family meals. Back downstairs guests will find the cosy bedrooms with an ample king-size bedroom and a pretty twin room. Both bedrooms share the use of the family bathroom with a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail. There is also an additional separate WC as well as a utility area under the stairs housing the washing machine and a freezer.
The wide and sun-soaked first-floor balcony is a wonderful feature of the home. Open-plan lawns that are shared with the neighbouring properties surround the house.
