For water sports, fishing, and sailing Torquay has a fabulous choice of beaches, while the evenings provide fine dining, theatre, cinema and shows for all the family. The town's Royal sailing regatta is held in August every year, bringing many additional attractions. Further afield, the bohemian market town of Totnes is 10 miles away, where you will find all sorts of boutique shops and cafes. The incredible landscape of Dartmoor National Park is accessible in under 20 miles.
This modern holiday home is well presented and thoughtfully styled throughout. The white tiled lounge, stylish kitchen/diner and handy shower room can all be found on the ground floor.
