This is a fabulous home-away-from-home for families or groups of friends, with Paignton’s Broadsands and Godrington beaches less than a mile away. Paignton has long been a popular destination for holidaying families, and it’s easy to see why. Indulge in some classic seaside fun, stroll the beaches with an ice cream in hand, visit the spectacular Paignton Zoo or take the Dartmouth Steam Railway from Paignton to Kingswear for a lovely journey back in time. Neighbouring Torquay is home to a huge range of entertainment, from fine dining to theatre, cinema and shows for all the family; there really is something for everyone. Brixham (3 miles) is the epicentre of south Devon's fishing industry, with fresh catch landed daily. Beautiful Dartmouth (5.5 miles) is a historic naval town nestled in a steep-sided valley. With its unique selection of boutique shops and cafes, Bohemian Totnes is 6 miles away, and the wild, rugged moors of Dartmoor National Park are accessible less than 20 miles from your door.

This comfortable home is ready and waiting to welcome you home after a day of exploring the area. The entrance hall leads through to the 'L' shaped open-plan living area with a big comfy sofa and a Smart TV. The kitchen/diner comes complete with everything needed to dine in of an evening. The dining area opens into the light and bright conservatory lounge with two further sofas and another TV. There is also a handy cloakroom on this ground floor. Upstairs are three attractive bedrooms, two of which have king-size beds, the other with a single bed. The contemporary family bathroom is stylish and functional.

Outside, this property has a lot to offer: a good-sized lawn, patio, dining table, and a wooden sun deck at the far end of the garden with two loungers. The outdoor furniture cushions are kept in a lovely summer house, which can also be used for relaxing in on those rainy days or when you’ve soaked up too many rays.

The owners of this property are so lovely, we have been 3 times and wouldnt hesitate to go again for us its in a perfect place with easy access to all the surrounding area. Co-op, chemist, bakery are a very short walk away highly recommend to families great size garden for kids. If you dont drive you are in a bus route which even though we are Read morecar drivers if you fancy a walk into Paignton you can get the bus back. Hide

Puffins is a great place to stay. It's a perfect location for exploring Torbay and surrounding areas. The kitchen is well equipped with all the guides for the appliances.

Owners very friendly and helpful. Puffin itself was very clean and welcoming, even thought of people coming with dogs! Location was ideal and all facilities are within walking distance, local bakery shop was amazing and Co op a great addition facility. Puffin is equipped with all your basic needs covered. This was a lovely place to stay exceptionally clean, really comfy beds, it had everything you would want For me the only downfall was the fence on one side is very low

Lovely property in an excellent location, approximately 15 minute walk to Broadsands beach. Very short drive into Paignton, Brixham or Torquay. Great local facilities at the end of the road such as a decent sized coop and a great bakery. Also local large supermarkets just a short drive away. The house and garden are well equipped and maintained. PaRead morerking next to the house was ideal. Couldnt have asked for more from the property or location. Hide

This was.our 4th time stopping at Puffins and really can't fault it. Great location, lovely property, clean and well maintained. We're already booked to come back next year.

Nice size holiday home, very clean, nice garden. Good parking. In a good area to visit Torquay, Brixham, Paignton areas. Owners are around sometimes if you need help with anything. Garden dies have 2 areas where fence is a bit lower if you have a larger dog. But easy to keep an eye on garden from house.
