The cottage was excellent, very well equipped and a great location. We were 2 couples and there was plenty of space for us to mix or be on our own, if we wanted to.

As an extended family group this property was perfect for us! The downstairs bedroom and bathroom could be shut off allowing my mum some privacy. All the bedrooms were a good size so the children were happy. The property was well equipped and clean with everything we needed including a washing machine. The location was ideal for all with a short waRead morelk to the beach and in close proximity to cafes and pub. We enjoyed the pub close by for food and the live music on Saturday. Designated parking was great. Good location for accessing other places. Ideal property for exploring Northumbria coast. Hide

Really enjoyed our week, Beadnell is a lovely village and the cottage is in a great location, only a 15 min walk to the beach, easy drive to Bamburgh, Seahouses and Alnwick. The cottage is well equipped and the private courtyard at the rear is a real suntrap. We ate at the Craster Arms and also the Courtyard Cafe would recommend both.

A well equipped property in a great location. The standard of the property is very good residing a little courtyard next to the Craster Arms (where there was was little noise). It is a short walk to Beadnell Beach which is lovely and a short walk to the local who are very friendly. Breakfast next door at The Courtyard Cafe was a regular event. The Read morecottage and its owner were very dog friendly which was great considering how may other cottages say they are but are barely dog tolerant. Hide

The house was in a perfect location and well equiped. We had a really good week and obviously that influences memories. I hope we will be able to return at some point. Just an observation. My Mum is currently walking with a frame and so the choice of house was good because she could occupy the ground floor bedroom and bathroom. From an accessibilitRead morey position it would be helpful to have a handle in the shower. She was not confident enough to go into the shower cubicle without some support. Also if anyone questions wheelchair use the gravel in the courtyard is a bit of a problem. Having said that we worked around things and really did enjoy our holiday. Hide
