One step down from the lounge, the kitchen has all you need to conjure feasts of fine local fare. Step into the sunny conservatory, with its dining table for four and double doors onto the courtyard. There are two ground-floor bedrooms, a king-size with views across the fields and a double, with a courtyard vista. The shower room has a walk-in shower cubicle. Up a narrow and steep flight of stairs, there’s an attic room with a vaulted roof and VELUX windows, perfect for reading or as a games or music room, with use of the owner’s guitar. There’s also a low-level double bed, which children can use.
Outside, there’s an enclosed west-facing courtyard with garden furniture, a BBQ and storage for outdoor leisure gear and bicycles. This is the perfect spot for grabbing some sunshine and cooking up some al fresco dinner.
