Escape to the seaside in this beautiful holiday home, which enjoys a prime location on the seafront at Beadnell. Sleeping five guests, the property is perfect for a large family or group of friends. Head down to the golden, sandy beach to try a whole host of water sports, or simply relax on the sand and listen to the sound of the waves. From here, follow the coastal path for 3 miles, to explore the colourful fishing village of Seahouses, with its bustling harbour and fantastic array of seafood restaurants. A further 3 miles will bring you to the historic town of Bamburgh, with its iconic castle perched on the cliff. Heading inland, you’ll soon reach the attractive market town of Wooler (21 miles), right on the edge of Northumberland National Park. The town is known as the ‘Gateway to The Cheviots’ and is a great base from which to enjoy long hikes through the wild and remote landscape.
The semi-detached property is accessed via a ramp to the front door. Once inside, discover a light and airy holiday home, decorated in a subtle coastal theme. Two steps lead up to the large kitchen/diner. This area provides the perfect place to spend time with loved ones, cooking together in the stylish kitchen, sharing informal meals at the breakfast bar, or enjoying formal dinner parties and celebrations at the wooden dining table. In the evening, gather in the cosy lounge to chat around the wood burner, watch a film on the Smart TV, or simply curl up with a book and admire the gorgeous sea views. Completing the ground floor is a single bedroom with a handy en-suite shower room. Cottage-style stairs lead to the first floor, where you’ll find two beautiful super-king-size bedrooms (can be made up as twin bedrooms on request). Both bedrooms have been decorated in calm, neutral tones and enjoy relaxing sea views. A family bathroom is also located on this floor.
Outside, a sunny garden awaits, with mature hedgerows and floral borders. The area is enclosed, which is great for canine guests, and there is outdoor furniture and a BBQ for enjoying al fresco dining during summer months.
