This newly renovated barn has been beautifully decorated and finished to an extremely high standard. Offering spacious and stylish accommodation for a group of up to six people, this is the ideal base from which to explore this tranquil and peaceful area of Suffolk. Located on a farm with a small glamping site, this is also an idyllic spot for getting close to farm animals, collecting eggs and enjoying a rural getaway. The charming market town of Beccles is 2 miles away and amongst other things, you’ll find a Sunday antique market, a lido and plenty of amenities as well as a wealth of places to eat and drink. You can also spend a day on the river, wildlife spotting. The must-visit seaside town of Southwold, with an historic promenade, pier and iconic beach huts, is 14 miles away.
Entering the barn, guests are greeted by a light-filled, contemporary, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with high-quality integrated appliances and ample space for relaxing, cooking and eating together in style. The open-plan nature of the room means that the chef of the group will always have company and there are many beautiful interior touches that make this a really welcoming space such as a wood burner and stylish furniture. There’s also a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for the group to gather and watch in front of the wood burner. Also on this floor are the property’s three bedrooms – a king and a super-king (can be made as a twin on request) and a twin which can be made into a super-king bed on request. All of the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, and all boast contemporary, well-fitted en-suites – one bathroom and two shower rooms.
Outside the property, guests can relax in the lawned garden and patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ for sunny day al fresco dining whilst taking in the views of the surrounding fields and countryside.
