The house is spotless and the design/furnishings/decor are tasteful and comfortable. I would say this is an incredibly value for money, high end property. Art gallery and cafe en route to beach. Husband didn't want to come home! Hide

A beautiful and well equipped property which has been finished to a very high spec. We found the beds really comfy and it was really quiet which ensured a good nights sleep. Ideally situated for walking to Llanbedrog beach and a lovely art gallery and cafe.

Generally the property was very very good. However there were some issues. 1) the left hand blind to the full height windows was stuck down when we arrived and remained stuck down for the duration of the visit. 2) the TV didn't work properly, with none of the channels available aside from streaming channels because the trees in the neighbouring garRead moreden were blocking the satellite dish. This can't have been a new issue as trees don't grow that quickly. I do expect some level of reimbursement for this. 3) I mailed you on the day of our arrival about this and heard nothing back. Text messages to the owner saw attempts to fix it but no positive results. Hide

It's too soon to decide if we want another cottage holiday. Everything in the cottage was excellent. I did get in touch with you prior to our holiday to ask if there was a bbq at the cottage. You replied that there was no bbq. In fact there was a charcoal burning one which we used.
