As you step into this fresh and inviting property you will find the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Situated by the patio doors, the lounge has plenty of light streaming in. There’s a cheery central dining table, and the airy kitchen has plenty of useful equipment and a handy island unit. The ground floor also features the stylish shower room and the first of the cottage’s three pretty bedrooms: a sweet and relaxing single room with a stable door leading onto the patio. A flight of open-tread wooden stairs curves up to the galleried first-floor landing where you will find the two remaining bedrooms. Both are set in the eaves of the cottage, with low sloping exposed wooden ceilings. The first is a double room with skylights and plenty of storage space. At the other end of the gallery, a charming twin room has a cute little low-level window.
Outside, the small patio is enclosed, has some garden furniture and makes a delightful spot for dining alfresco on a sunny summer’s afternoon.
