This delightful apartment, situated in a tranquil position in the centre of the lovely village of Beer and just a short walk from the beach, provides the perfect accommodation for small groups and couples. Beer boasts some of the most stunning coastal walks in the county with dramatic views across the Jurassic Coastline as well as plenty of independent shops, galleries and places to dine. Beer Beach, a beautiful family-friendly shingle beach, surrounded by limestone cliffs, is just a short walk away. Less than 2 miles away is the town of Seaton; gateway town to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Seaton Beach is over a mile long and hosts a wealth of water sports and activities. The town also offers several outstanding attractions including the brand-new Jurassic-themed Play Park, Seaton Tramway and Cliff Field Gardens and Labyrinth.

This elegant apartment boasts light and airy rooms throughout, which are flooded with natural light. The property is refurbished to the highest of standards, offering a stylish and sophisticated getaway. The entrance to the property is located on the ground floor where you’ll find a king-size bedroom with Egyptian cotton bedding, stylish furniture and a modern en-suite shower room. Stairs to the landing lead to a hall area with seating and storage space. Here you’ll find the second bedroom which is a double and also has luxury bed linen and tasteful décor. A great place to stay, very close to the shops, beach and restaurants. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved our stay and would recommend Seagrass as an excellent place to explore Eat Devon.

When we arrived at seagrass. We was taken back by the cottage. It was lovely. The decor, cleanliness, the lay out and even the smell from all the different Reed diffusers. It's a stunning cottage. We would highly recommend.

Property in excellent location , there is no parking at the property you can unload your car and then move it to the car park which is a couple of minutes walk away and a permit is given for the length of your stay , we didnt find it a problem. Beer is a lovey quaint place with plenty of places to eat and drink , its has a lovely deli and bakery a Read moresmall store , a couple of dress shops and lovely gift shops .The beach is pebbles with beach huts you could rent for around 20 a day or 85 a week or just hire deck chairs for 2 . Also a fish shed at the beach selling the catch of the day you couldnt get fish any fresher it was lovely . Beer is definitely a lovey place and would definitely recommend a visit . Seabreeze cottage is a lovely place to stay our only issue was working the tv we got there in the end but never did manage to get rid of the subtitles !! Hide

The property could have been cleaner. Some cobwebs and dusty shelves. The outdoor furniture hadn't been cleaned and the garden (grassed area) was in very poor condition. It wasn't somewhere you would want to spend any time, certainly not like the photos on the website. We could have done with a hand towel in the kitchen and a spare tea towel aRead morend we ran out of toilet roll. The rail across the top of the blind in the downstairs bedroom fell down in the middle of the night which was a bit of a shock and the toilet roll holder in the bathroom was loose. Some attention to maintenance issues is required. Hide
