Sleeping two guests, the property is ideal for couples looking to escape to the coast and relish in a slightly slower pace of life. Wander out of the apartment and down through the picture-postcard village, popping into the cosy pub for a pint of local ale or picking up some freshly-caught seafood for your supper. If you’re after a bit of childhood nostalgia, it’s also a great beach for rock pooling and fossil hunting. The South West Coast Path passes through the village, providing you with fantastic walking opportunities and jaw-dropping views. The accommodation was small but sufficient just for the 2 of us. The steps up to the apartment were steep and I could image that this may prove difficult for the less able. We visited in October so a light outside the main door or at the bottom of the hall would have been useful to access the apartment. Parking is in the main car park in Beer, justRead more a short walk and we were able to park outside just to load and unload our luggage. Beer was a lovely place to stay with enough cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. On the whole we had a great few days. Hide

Lovely little place to stay in a very convenient location. Advised that bedding was required but on arrival it turned out bedding was included which would have been good to know in advance.

Front door was splattered with mud and we cleaned it ourselves. Windows outside on the road were dirty.
