Just 5.5 miles away, discover the town of Blakeney situated in the centre of a National Nature Reserve, with vast uninterrupted views of natural coastline, ideal for spotting local wildlife like grey seals and migratory birds. Discover the extensive ruins of Baconsthorpe Castle (3.5 miles), a tranquil 15th-century manor house perfect for a picnic on a clear sunny day.

The open-plan living/dining/kitchen space together with the grand floor-to-ceiling patio doors give the ground floor a spacious feel. An upholstered bench beside a Smart TV, breakfast bar with stools, dining table and chairs, and comfy corner sofa offer plenty of places to relax . The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, perfectly catering for cooking or ordering in. A washing machine and WC make up a handy utility room. The neutral decor is carried upstairs throughout all three of the bedrooms, each with their own wonderful Juliet balcony and impressive en-suite with shower cubicle and WC. The first of the three rooms hosts twin 3’ beds, ideal for children or a break away with friends. Double beds make up the second and third bedrooms, with ample modern storage and striking wall prints in both.

A private patio is framed by the stunning patio doors to the rear of the open-plan downstairs area. An electric car charging point is also located in the courtyard along with parking for two cars.

This property is in and excellent location and is generous in size. The parking is tight but totally doable. The kitchen is large but no dishwasher and lots of empty space. Be aware they say there is an alarm but there is not. The fridge freezer is a good size. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable and does not easily fit 6 people. If you were stRead moreuck inside due to rain this would be a problem. The outside space would have been amazing but there is no furniture or BBQ, and the neighbours complained about the noise of us moving our cars around. So letting a child play outside probably wouldnt have gone down well. If you dont know the area there is local info booklet with this property. We have stayed in many holiday cottages and we found this one lacking in personality. Hide

The cottage is very well situated in the town and for the area generally. Unfortunately we couldn't get the alarm to work. We felt that he individual thermostats in the the rooms needed some instructions on how to adjust them. Please amend the instructions for finding the property. Larking Gowan appear to have moved some considerable time ago.

Really nice property. Very modern furniture and fittings throughout. The only thing missing from the kitchen was a dishwasher although that didnt bother us as we dont have one at home. We all slept well. The arrival instructions were missing so we had trouble with the heating system. Every room has its own thermostat but several radiators were turnRead moreed off at the valve. Didnt like the tight parking arrangement. Excellent location. Very near the High Street with plenty of shops and restaurants. We had trouble contacting the support number. Location is superb for the local area, Holt has everything you need with good access to local beaches. The house is very modern, well finished and equipped,and would book again . EV charging was really useful

Very well appointed, someone has spent a lot of money on this property. Designer radiators with mirrors, thermostats in all the bedroom, our shower had 5 heads, pop up USB ports in the kitchen worktop, etc. Parking is at a premium, but it is in the centre of Holt, so most things are a short walk.

Excellent cottage in a great location. You are in the middle of Holt and have very easy walking to all the restaurants and shops. The coast is a few minutes drive away too. The cottage itself is great with all bedrooms having an en-suite bathroom. Good parking for two cars and it is far easier to get in and out than it initially appears!
