This holiday cottage is one of three clustered together in the popular seaside village of Port Eynon on the most southerly point on the Gower Peninsula. The village has a restaurant, pub and tasty fish and chip restaurant, and you’re just half a mile from a sandy beach backed by sand dunes where various water sports are on offer including diving, sailing, surfing and windsurfing. You can walk across the beach to the village of Horton, located just above the dunes, which shares a bay with Port Eynon.
The cottage has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the ground floor with solid wood furniture and a flame-effect electric fire. The dining area features a table and chairs for four people and French doors leading out onto a level garden. A cloakroom on the ground floor also houses the washer/dryer. Stairs from the hallway lead to the bedrooms: a king-size bedroom with a TV and en-suite bathroom, and another twin bedroom with a TV and an en-suite shower room. Both have built-in wardrobes.
To the rear of the property is an enclosed garden with a lawn and patio area complete with garden furniture.
