This large holiday home sleeps up to eight people and is located on one of the most famous bays in the Gower. It is the perfect place to head to for a quintessential British seaside holiday, being right on the beachfront at Port Eynon. The village of Port Eynon itself is also close by with a pub and shop less than half a mile away. Other key Gower attractions are easy to get to as well - like Oxwich and Oxwich Castle which are just 4 miles away. For walkers, this home is a dream, being less than 5 miles away from Cefn Bryn - one of the highest points on the Gower Peninsula and home to the famous Arthur’s Stone.

Inside, you’ll find three out of the four bedrooms on the ground floor, alongside the family bathroom. The master bedroom is a king-size with an en-suite shower room, while the other two bedrooms are twins, one with patio doors leading to the garden. Upstairs is the final twin room, the kitchen and the open-plan living and dining room. The kitchen is neutrally decorated with plenty of space and worktops to rustle up delicious meals. The dining area has a table and chairs for up to eight people, and the living room has plenty of comfortable seating too for nights gathered around the fire to watch TV or simply to chat. The entire open-plan space has beautiful sea views, with patio doors leading out onto a balcony with chairs.

In addition to the balcony, the property has a large garden which is enclosed and laid mainly to lawn.

Fabulous location, we enjoyed sitting outside and on the veranda, though a word of warning the neighbours are very close with no privacy screens. Very clean and well equipped . Nice secure garden for our dog. Great walks on the doorstep

We had a lovely week in Malt Cottage. It was very clean, the beds were very comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing and much enjoyed by us all.

Excellent property, really appreciated the comfort and location with open aspect and sea views. Would recommend especially to dog owners as beach so accessible and to anyone with electric car, charging point a very positive advantage.
