The popular village of Mumbles is also just 1.5 miles away, where you can find plenty of ice cream parlours, a castle and winding streets lined with colourful houses.
As you step inside this modest and welcoming property, you’ll be surprised by how light and airy it is. The living area is a homely space with hints of a coastal theme. Put your feet up and relax on one of the two comfortable sofas, which side beside a large window with views of the greenery outside. There is also a dining space, with a solid wooden table and chairs to seat four. Continue into the compact, wood-effect kitchen, where everything is neatly laid out and well organised. The sink sits below the window, which lets in plenty of natural light while preparing home-cooked meals. Inside the bedroom, with more touches of a coastal theme, you’ll find a comfortable double bed. Walk back into the corridor to find the entrance to the bathroom, which has a shower and WC.
At the front of the property, there is a pretty, manicured garden with a collection of shrubs and flowers. To the rear, there’s a sheltered, fully-enclosed garden. This space is surrounded by mature plants and trees. There is a grassy patch and a patio area with a table and chairs, which is perfect for dining alfresco.
