While only 3 miles from the amenities of the market town of Fakenham, this barn enjoys an idyllic spot in the countryside village of Shereford. Those with a love of wildlife can visit the nearby nature reserve at Sculthorpe (3 miles), home of the Hawk and Owl Trust. Or, if you prefer a historical day out, then there is a wealth of stately homes in the local area too, including Houghton Hall, Sandringham and Holkham Hall, all within 16 miles of the property. For a bucket-and-spade day out to the coast, drive for around 13 miles to explore some of the county’s finest sandy beaches, such as Wells-next-the-Sea, Hunstanton and Holme. Much of this area is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty so you can be sure of some scenic coastal walks here.
Brimming with character and quality furnishings, this beautifully converted barn offers a welcoming retreat to all who are lucky enough to stay.
