Try walking the 4-mile stretch to Lyme Regis, which takes you through the Undercliffs National Nature Reserve. Have a day out to the Regency town of Sidmouth, 9 miles away and known for its exquisite architecture. While you are here, visit the impressive arboretum.
Open the front door to the detached house to find comfortable accommodation, which is perfect for your stay. From the hall, stroll through to the drawing room to light the wood burner on chilly days and find a film on the TV to watch together later in the evening. There is also a conservatory for members of your party to spill out into when they want a quiet moment to themselves. Whip up tasty meals for your friends and family in the kitchen then sit down together in the dining room. Also downstairs is a family bathroom. Make your way up to the first floor to find a family bedroom, with a double and a single bed, a double bedroom and a single. There is also a family shower room at this level.
