An inviting seaside cottage, close to the beach in Marazion, this inviting holiday home comes with a wood burner for cosy evenings in and a lush garden for summer days. Sleeping 5 guests, the three-bedroom abode, is well positioned for strolling to the town’s shops and eateries, as well as for spending time swimming and playing games on the sandy beach. Also take the opportunity while you are here to walk out to St Michael’s Mount when the tide is out. Once a priory and a fortress, this is one of Cornwall’s most famous landmarks. Also enjoy the scenery of this corner of the country by following a section of the South East Coast Path in either direction from Marazion.
Wander into the cottage and make yourselves immediately at home in the comfortable open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Head through to the kitchen area to make everyone a cup of tea or coffee from the Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, or to start preparing dinner, ready to eat at the table together. Light the wood burner in the lounge, then decide on a film to watch later in the evening together on the Smart TV. At the end of each fun-filled day, head up to the first floor, to the double bedroom, the single or the twin, which has zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as a super-king-size if discussed in advance. The family bathroom, where you can have a bath or shower, is at this level too.
The attractive garden here has a lawn for children to play on and a patio for outside dining. There is also an outdoor WC and sheds for storing wet suits, surf boards and bicycles.
