We had a great stay! Location is perfect as you are on a quiet road right across the street from a park. You are 10 minutes walk into town where you can grab the ferry to Dartmouth or catch the bus to other places (Paignton, Brixham, etc.) There are plenty of walk paths right outside your doorstep so it was great for our dog. We stayed for several Read moreweeks and worked some while we were there and did not have any issues with the wifi, including on Zoom meetings. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and more. Plenty of space for 2 people as it was essentially a two bedroom apartment (1 room with a sofa bed). Hide

Lovely quiet location, only short drives to other location, Brixham, Torquay, Totnes and short walk to the ferry to Dartmouth. Ideal dog walking across the road.

This property was one of the best equipped we have stayed in over the years. Situated in a very tranquil spot but not too far from all that Dartmouth has to offer.

Lovely apartment, we found the walk along the footpath to town easy enough and the dogs enjoyed it. The ferry to Dartmouth was very reasonable and very frequent. We had a superb time thank you.

Property was cold, and we had to put the air conditioning on - unusual for end of May. This was largely down to the positioning of the property which got no sun. Also there were literally no views of anything other than a few trees, which was very misleading as lots of views of the harbour were shown on the website.other than that, the property was Read moreclean and well maintained and in easy reach of the harbour and walks. The cottage is in a fantastic location, a stone's throw from a lovely green area (great if you have a dog) which, if you walk a little further, takes you right into town, from where the ferry to Dartmouth is easily accessible and regular. overall a very comfortable apartment althoung a little cold in the morning and evening as the living room heater didnt work. and also unable to dry towells. sugest all these run off a thermostat instead of a timer. as timers do no take into account outside temperature drops especially in autumn months.
