We had a fabulous time. A great location to get to Nothe Forte and the cove. And also to go to the seafront and town centre. Just a lot of hills and steps to go to all those areas.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay in Mariner's Cottage. The cottage is extremely comfortable, well decorated and cosy and we felt very at home there. It is in a quiet residential area, but within easy walking distance to Hope Square, the Quayside and into the town/seafront. A definite plus for us non drivers! A lot of attention has been given to Read moreproviding everything you might need plus clever storage space for clothes and other items in the bedrooms and bathroom. There is an attractive patio area with a table and seating to enjoy meals and drinks outside. We hope to return to Mariner's Cottage sometime in the future as we liked it so much! Hide

Great property, well equipped, very dog friendly, seemed pretty child friendly too (we have a teen that only needs a bed & a plug socket for her tech) Brilliant location for exploring Weymouth without being too busy. We visited early Dec & parking (for camper) was no problem in a nearby street. Lovely touches like having a welcome pack in the Read morehouse & treats for the dog & books / games to play. A couple of handy corner shops nearby & Asda not far, tons of pubs & a really decent chippy - Barretts - a couple mins walk! Hide

From start to finish the information and ease of booking through the website was without fault. Communication was excellent, plenty of emails and messages as the holiday got closer with relevant and detailed information provided. The property was excellent, clean, well equipped and the decor was well thought out. We were very fortunate with parkingRead more outside the cottage and the car did not move till we left. Thanks to honest info sharing from the get go we knew parking may have been slightly away from the property. This is well documented so shouldn't come as a surprise. Welcome pack provided by the owners include a reliable taxi driver called Gin who was very reliable and friendly. Great week, look forward to next year. Hide
