A cosy retreat nestled in the heart of the village of North Creake, this holiday let is a brilliant base for exploring the local area. The well-liked village of Burnham Market is 3.5 miles from the cottage and offers an enticing mix of boutique stores, antique shops and independent cafes and the property is also situated just 5 miles from the coast. A host of wonderful attractions are set throughout North Norfolk, and Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve, the Creake Abbey ruins, and Hindringham Hall are all within 8.5 miles.

Elegantly styled, the lounge is an inviting space, with two comfortable sofas sitting either side of a fireplace and wood burner. Beyond the lounge is a small and well-equipped kitchen, and adjacent to this is a carefully considered dining area/sunroom which offers access into the garden. Upstairs on the first floor, the property boasts two good-sized bedrooms; the tastefully decorated master has a king bed and the second bedroom, also beautifully styled, offers a small double bed. The shower room is located on this floor and has been fitted with a practical walk-in shower cubicle.

The path immediately outside the conservatory doors is a shared right of way for neighbouring properties. There is a private courtyard and long, narrow garden. Flanked by hedging and featuring topiary box planting, sit on the well-placed bench to enjoy a drink in tranquil surroundings. A BBQ is provided for al fresco cooking on those warm evenings.
