An impressive cottage with plenty of living space in the coastal village of Old Hunstanton makes the ideal getaway for a family or two couples. Browse the local shops and stop for a coffee and brunch at one of the cafes. OId Hunstanton Beach is a beautiful sandy stretch of coastline and soft sand dunes which allows dogs all year round. Take a long walk through Scolt Head Island National Nature Reserve (8.4 miles). Enjoy a day out at the Royal Estate of Sandringham (11 miles) where you can stroll through lush woodlands and pristine gardens.
Entering the modernised 18th-century cottage, the ground-floor open-plan living/dining room is a bright and spacious, neutral-toned area with elegant furnishings. Curl up on the plush corner sofa or one of the armchairs in front of the Smart TV. Natural light floods in through the large windows into all areas of the room. The dining table has six chairs for enjoying a special meal with your guests. Walking through to the large kitchen, which is opened up to the living area, the granite surfaces create a beautiful contrast with the white cupboards. Also downstairs is a cloakroom with a WC. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms which sleep up to five guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite with a shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and the third room is ideal for a child, with a single bed. Wind down and enjoy a bubble bath in the family bathroom with WC.
Out the front of the property is a relaxed decking area for enjoying al fresco dining and a glass of wine. An additional sheltered garden is at the rear of the cottage where there’s another seated area and table next to the BBQ to fire up on a sunny evening.
