Just across the road from the popular Gold Park, the cottage is just 500 metres from the golden sands of Mundesley Beach. The village is home to a golf course, skate park and crazy golf range with other local activities including horse riding, sea fishing and a variety of water sports. Mundesley also offers a fabulous choice of friendly places to eat and drink, including a gastropub. Home to one of the smallest maritime museums in the UK, Mundesley features a picturesque cliff-top promenade and gardens, with beach huts lining the seafront. Other attractions in this part of Norfolk include Amazona Zoo in nearby Cromer, Wizard Maze and Play, Blickling Hall and Gunton Park Sawmill (all within 13 miles).
Entering this fresh and airy cottage, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner makes a fantastic space for everyone to unwind in. With comfortable seating, including a handy sofa bed, the lounge is a perfect space to cuddle up in the evenings and watch a film. Featuring a TV, DVD, CD player and a selection of books and games, the lounge is ideal for relaxing in front of the wood burner at the end of a wonderful day exploring this lovely part of Norfolk. The central dining area makes a great spot for sharing a romantic meal for two, or a favourite family dish which you can rustle up in the fully equipped kitchen. Also serving as a sunroom with comfortable seating, the kitchen has plenty of useful appliances including a gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The ground floor also has a useful wet room with a shower and WC. Heading up the steep cottage-style stairs, which take a twist near the top, you will find a refreshing bathroom complete with a bath and WC. There are two bright and relaxing bedrooms as well: a cheerful king-size room and a bunk bedroom suitable for children.
From the sunroom, patio doors lead out into the pretty garden. Fully enclosed, the garden has a lawn, patio and outdoor furniture, providing an idyllic spot to enjoy a glass of wine or a BBQ in the evenings.
