This lovely, refurbished chapel sits in the fishing village of Saundersfoot, making a great base for families wishing to explore the Welsh coast. The village itself has an array of amenities including a good selection of independent shops and eateries, as well as a gorgeous sandy beach for family fun. Set within the Pembrokeshire National Park, there are a number of beautiful walks and beaches within easy reach boasting an array of wildlife to spot en-route. Tenby (4 miles) is an historic village which is well worth a visit whilst staying in the area, with lots to explore within the walled city, and a number of wildlife spotting or fishing boat trips on offer from the harbour.
As part of a former chapel, the property is full of character, with high beamed ceilings and large arched windows. The stylish kitchen/living/dining space takes up the entire first floor, offering a good space with seating on the comfortable L-shaped sofa, around the four-person dining table, and at the breakfast bar. On the ground floor is a pretty king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, both enjoying en-suite shower rooms. The third bedroom, a twin, sits on the second floor and has lots of space for kids to play or watch TV. It has exposed beams and sloping ceilings making this a very characterful room. Completing the second floor is the family bathroom, with a luxurious freestanding bath sat beneath two skylights making a relaxing place to wind down.
Outside there is an open patio area equipped with a table and chairs so guests can make the most of warm weather and scenic sunsets.
