This spacious house is tucked away from the town centre but within half a mile of Perranporth Beach, which is well-known for its vast expanse of golden sand – build sandcastles, play football, explore the rock pools, and take a picnic to watch the sunset. For the more active, there are surf and kite buggy schools on the beach and the coastal footpath provides spectacular views. Find a good choice of cafes, restaurants and local shops within half a mile; the popular surfing towns of Newquay and Holywell Bay are both 5 miles away.
Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with a double-head rainfall shower, one is a double and the other has twin beds. A bathroom on this level has a free-standing bath with a floor tap and separate double-head rainfall shower. Climb the stairs from the hallway to the open-plan kitchen/dining/living room which features a breakfast bar, a dining area with glimpses of the sea and doors opening onto an orangery with a wood burner. From here, bi-fold doors lead out to the deck and garden. The lounge area has a corner sofa, Smart TV, two Juliet balconies and a handy utility room that leads to an additional shower room. An additional bedroom on this level has twin zip-and-link beds that can be made into a double and a Juliet balcony with countryside views.
The garden is a definite highlight of the property. As well as a spacious furnished deck with a BBQ, an enclosed front garden has been built across several levels and has seating areas; some can be closed off to children or dogs. Kids will love the play equipment and you can wash off your beach paraphernalia – and sandy feet – at the outside tap.
