Morvah means ‘a place by the sea’ and this duplex apartment is less than half a mile from Porthcurno Beach, said to be one of the most spectacular beaches in Cornwall. At the western end, a series of steps cut into the cliff from the Minack Open Air Theatre, where you can watch a performance with the sea as a magnificent backdrop. Walk a section of the South West Coast Path from here for another half a mile to Porthchapel Beach, a secluded cove within 500 metres where seals sometimes visit. Enjoy a cream tea at the cafe at Porthcurno Beach, visit the local pub for evening meals accompanied by Cornish ale or Penzance, 10 miles away, has a great selection of pubs and restaurants. St Ives, with its art galleries, beaches and foodie culture, is 17 miles away.

Sit back and relax in front of the TV in the comfortable lounge, with coastal touches of décor which has French doors leading out to the patio. A country-style kitchen with a dining area and table for four, and a separate WC can also be found on this level. The two light, bright bedrooms both offer pretty, restful places to lay your head and are located up on the first floor – a king-size and twin – as well as a bathroom with a shower cubicle.

A charming, terraced garden behind the property has south-facing views and is furnished with chairs and a parasol as well as a charcoal BBQ. The front garden has a picnic bench and a parasol.

Lovely property, have stayed in others in Zodiac House before, but this is our favourite.

Superb flat with a lovely sun trap terrace. Perfect location for the beach, for walks and being out and about in West Penwith.

This is a lovely flat in a great location. The patio in the morning is a real sun trap. Its very peaceful and so quiet at night that we slept really well.
