Open-plan and comfortable, this third-floor seaside apartment can be accessed via lift or stairs and is set along Swanage’s coastline with elevated views of the sea. It sleeps up to four guests and the town centre is under 200 metres away on a downhill walk from the property. Swanage has plenty of eateries to offer including sea-view restaurants and bistros, plus coffee shops and tearooms. The promenade offers attractions and amusements suitable for families and there are regular festivals held there too. The Regatta and Carnival Week offer a great atmosphere with a fantastic firework display, live music and dancing, plus friendly crowds. There’s also the popular Pirate Festival where everyone dresses up as pirates and mermaids – there are various stalls to browse plus live displays of sword skills and cannons.
The first room is the spacious open-plan lounge/diner. The living area has two leather armchairs with footstools and a comfortable matching sofa. There’s also a TV with a DVD and a selection of games, books and DVDs for you to use during your stay. The dining area features a bright bay window with beautiful panoramic sea views and there’s a table and chairs for four. Head into the kitchen, which is equipped with modern, minimalist units plus all the appliances you should need for a home-away-from-home feel. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps. It also has an en-suite shower room with tiled walls, a corner shower cubicle and WC. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be joined together to create a super-king-size on request. Finally, the family bathroom completes the interior, with a shower over the bath, heated towel rail and WC.
