Beyond the town, walkers can stride out along the South West Coastal Path for dramatic views, or turn inland along one of the many paths that lead through this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are boat trips and water sports to enjoy along the river and at the lovely Blackpool Sands beach 3 miles away. For a day trip catch the foot passenger ferry to Torquay, Salcombe or Totnes.
In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many local events including The Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Shakespeare Week, Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta and the Dartmouth Food Festival.

The upstairs terrace is accessed via the living room and is a large paved area over the garage. There is a distant view from here across the town to the river. Outdoor seating makes this a nice spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks before heading out to enjoy the town.
